MaharMitta ( in Burmese means Great Love) Relaxation & Meditation is a form of meditation that has been passed down generations. The technique was taught by the monk Ashin Zanékabiwuntha. This method focuses on relaxation and breathing.

This mediation has nothing to do with religion, only to relax the mind and the whole body.
