MAHARMITTA RELAXATION – SLOW MOVEMENTS AND STRETCHING (relaxation exercise with deep breathing sitting on a chair) [$40/session/person]
For Who: Anyone who sits at a desk and work with computers all day long. Elderly who cannot stand up for an hour to do exercise
Helps you to – relax your whole body (eyes, fingers, wrists, arms, back, legs, toes, neck, shoulder..), tighten your stomach, warm up body, increase blood circulation, increase lung capacity
5 mins – introduction and discussion
45-50 mins - slow movements stretching and deep breathing
5 mins – “reflection/discussion”
MAHARMITTA MEDITATION (MIND & BODY RELAXATION)
For Who: Anyone who wants to – relax, reduce stress, increase lung capacity (help asthma sufferers manage their conditions), soften aging, help concentration
Intro to Maharmitta – Introduction and breathing instruction – 1 FREE 30 minutes session per person ( a minimum of 5 persons is needed to conduct a free class) [FREE]
Maharmitta I – Breathing & Body Relaxation [$40/session/person]
5-10 mins. Introduction and discussion
40-50 mins meditation (increase with less discussion)
5-10 mins “reflection/discussion”
Maharmitta II – Breathing, Mind and Head & Body Relaxation [$40/session/person]
